How Do I Use Bloom's Taxonomy??

By MJ, Jamie and Lauren

Knowledge: Highlighting important key concepts when reviewing your notes, makes it easier to memorize.

Application: Using information learned in class to do your homework.

Evaluation: While working on math problems, try to think of other formulas that could work to make it faster or easier.

Synthesis: While studying you find that you don't understand certain words, so making up acronyms, or shorter words would help you.

Comprehension: Teaching someone who missed a class new concepts to help them understand it better.

Analysis: Taking a formula in math or science and analysing how it formulates together.

Bloom's Taxonomy Literacy Response

One of my characters in my novel, Kathleen moved to New York from Canada in spite of pursuing her goal to become a singer. She fell in love with a man there. Kathleen ended up going home because she got pregnant and ended up dying because her body was not able to handle twins and an illness. If she knew the consequences I'm sure she would have made better decisions about her life to be able to follow through her dreams to be a singer.

Goal Setting Through Song :)

It's My Life - Bon Jovi

I chose this song because it sends me a message that no one lives forever so you have to make your life the way you want it. " It's my life, it's now or never. I ain't gonna live forever. I just wanna live while i'm alive." You have to go big or go home. There's nothing honorable about living it small. If your goal is to be good at something , make it to be the best at it. Once you reach your goal , reach for bigger ones. People are put on this world to make a difference. So don't sit back and watch people make the difference, you have to stand up and make your own differences."I ain't gonna be just a face in the crowd, you're gonna hear my voice when I shout it out loud." Make a mark on the world and in peoples hearts.
